For the Sauna Bottle - Please note that Cork is a natural material and as such is each bottle is unique. Due to the nature of the cork there can be small gaps in the coverage of the cork ( 1 - 7mm ).
This is an expected outcome when working with natural cork to produce the exterior of the bottle. This does not affect the performance or usability of the bottle. As such this is not considered a defect and it is an exemption from the Quality Guarantee.
