Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be completely unused and in the same condition as they were received. You cover the cost of return shipping to us.

Once the item is returned to us, we will check it and initiate a refund within 7-10 days of receiving the item.

Note: Tote Bags are currently printed custom on demand from a separate printing facility for your order so 'change of mind' returns are not possible for Tote Bags since they are 'made to order'.  If there are any quality issues involving a Tote Bag then it is of course still handled as per the Quality Guarantee below.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our products will arrive in good working condition, free from damage or defects.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives with damage or defects then we can handle it by seeing photos of the issue and providing a refund or replacement based on this. This eliminates the need to return a faulty item.

Please note that Cork is a natural material and as such is each bottle is unique. Due to the nature of the cork there can be small gaps in the coverage of the cork ( 1 - 7mm ).

 This is an expected outcome when working with natural cork to produce the exterior of the bottle. This does not affect the performance or usability of the bottle. As such this is not considered a defect and it is an exemption from the Quality Guarantee.
